He used to be a researcher at Microsoft Research Asia and an architect of the Microsoft English Library (www.engkoo.com) project. Previously, he worked in Tsinghua Tongfang, and successively served as the technical director of Tsinghua Tongfang Knowledge Communication Research Institute, the technical manager of the Internet Technology R&D Department, and the R&D manager of the System Software Division. He has independently completed the core code of the retrieval system of the all-army digital library system (> 100,000 lines), has a master's degree from Tsinghua University, entered the computer field in 1995, and has 15 years of computer programming experience. In 1998, he won the first prize in the National Mathematical Contest in Modeling.
