Founded Pitaya Software Engineering in 2001 and IBM Rational User Group in 2004. In 1998, I participated as a backbone in the national key research project "Component based Software Reuse for Specific Fields", and had the privilege of deeply learning and using UML for domain modeling, extracting reusable components, and architecture. In later research and development projects, models were consistently used for analysis and design, accumulating some insights and experience. In my past experience, the biggest feeling is that the software engineering and systems engineering fields, which have gathered many elite talents, have been in a chaotic and hazy state for decades. From my own experience, I feel that clear models are the key to breaking through the engineering fog. Therefore, I constantly research and apply various modeling techniques, extract experience from my own engineering practice, and form a sustainable methodology for myself, such as "Nature Model Language", "Model based 3D R&D Management", "iProcess Process Improvement Method", "Model based Requirement Management", "Model driven Architecture Design", "Model based Quality Management", "Model based Personnel Capability Management".
